Description
Done as the first piece of my Toad aspects series, this was my portrayal of the 'menacing toad'. I found this to be the hardest of my four to complete, as I can't imagine how a toad could ever be scary. I have the figure partially coming of the page to make it appear to be leaping out of the frame at the viewer, hence more of threat (hopefully). Anyway, this wasn't a very good picture of it but I just couldn't get the lighting right for some reason.

Toads? Scary? Impossible. You show me a toad that's fifty feet high and shooting laser beams out of it's eyes, then maybe I'd be a bit frightened. I can see what you mean about the lighting being a bit off (it's nothing that takes away from the picture), but the great perspective can distract the viewer from those minor little mistakes. Great work.
